Well our second tasting event went really well. We ended up with 6 different styles on tap to share. Chef extraordinaire Ralph Capolupo once again blew people away with incredible food pairings.

Another reason to love Portland, Oregon. I was waiting for this to happen and I knew it would eventually! What good news for people who love good beer but like myself, become aware of a problem digesting gluten. It just isn't worth eating gluten if it's going to hurt you––all you can do is hope for some good gluten-free beer to come around. A local brewery that produces only gluten free beer is something that is going to make someone like me very, very happy.
